dove soap is really gentle on the skin- try that

i would use a kind that has no nothing in it all natural
and try lanacane on it
it worked great for me when i was younger

Well, I don't know any good soaps but hydrocrotisone helps alot it clears up in about a day!

it doesn't really matter as long as its medicated or full of moisture. Try Oil of Olay.

Try a moistering soap, like Dove, and then put on a lotion afterwards. I have eczema and that seems to help.

I get eczema on my elbows and knees and i use the olay body ribbons with a really really soft loofa! It seems to work coz im not itchy afterwards and i dont peel as much! Bared Soap WILL dry you out!

nothing with a fragrance, we use baby wash (cuz hes a baby)so im not sure about adults….
my sons has it really bad on his arms and butt…we put a lotion called "Eucerin" it works wonders…we buy ours at walmart..

Cetaphil.. that is what the doctor told me to use on my son who has excema also. It is pretty cheap, you can get it at walmart or grocery stores and it is like fragrance free. It helped his skin a lot.
